Lean Bulk 2026/27
A lean bulk is a bulk done slowly: I eat a bit more than I burn, so I put on muscle rather than mostly fat. That's the theory, anyway. Whether it works is what the numbers below are for.
My goal for this bulk is a big chest and big glutes. My training plan has been set up for that.
This is my bulk, not a plan for you. I'm not a dietitian.

The 4-week rolling average starts at the 4th entry. With fewer points there's nothing to average.

Strength
I track strength in two lifts: incline chest press and hip thrust, both on a machine. The charts appear with the first entries.
Bad weeks stay on the chart. Each dot is the average of a week of daily weigh-ins; beyond that I don't smooth anything.
